Can anyone tell me how to resize a bootstrap well

i created a div and then added the class well and added and image inside the well but the well is expanding to the edges of the screen.Can i resize it.?

Answer
You can resize the div by giving it a class and give a width to the class
<div class="well image-container">
  <img src="..." />
</div>

  width: 50%;
}
