• Fintrux is a peer to peer unsecured loan marketplace.
• It is backed by Microsoft and Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.
• It will be built on a mixture of decentralized and centralized technology.
• Loan contracts and token database is hosted on Ethereum.
• Private user information is stored on a secure private database.
• Fintrux charges a commission on matching borrowers to lenders and a small service fee for executing its smart contracts.
• The Fintrux token (FTX) is the utility token on this platform. Except for the principal currency being financed, all fees and rewards are paid to parties in FTX.
• Fintrux plans to lower the risk and rate of unsecured loan by implementing the following four schemes.
• Over-collateralization; Third-party guarantors; Cross-collateralization pools; and Five (5)% of all FTX Tokens reserved as loss bank.
• Total of 75 Million FTX tokens will be minted.
• The ICO has a min cap of 7000 ETH.
• The exchange rate during the pre-sale is 1 ETH for 1100 FTX.
